چکیده
This paper focuses on the calculation of interfacial tension two systems: low-density polyethylene with isotactic polypropylene and high-density syndiotactic polypropylene. For this, three methods to measure are compared: use Palierne's model, Gramespacher Meissner's both based additional elasticity or long relaxation times brought by shape recovery dispersed phase, ab-initio calculation, which requires knowledge surface neat polymer measured at same temperature. that, a database collected from literature is built in first section this paper, whether for studied systems other various olefinic homopolymers copolymers The results show effectiveness model calculate were agreement model. Extension was proposed.

Surface tension and interfacial fluctuations in d–dimensional Ising model
The surface tension of rough interfaces between coexisting phases in 2D and 3D Ising models are discussed in view of the known results and some original calculations presented in this paper. The results are summarised in a formula, which allows to interpolate the corrections to finite–size scaling between two and three dimensions. The physical meaning of an analytic continuation to noninteger v...
متن کاملAn Experimental Investigation of Water Effects on Asphaltene Surface Behavior through Interfacial Tension Measurements
As a physiochemical property, asphaltenes are known to be one the most surface active compounds in crude oil. Due to such property, their behavior is most probably influenced by fluid-fluid interactions at the contact surface (interface). Potentially and naturally, in most cases, water is in contact with crude oil and is co-produced with it as well. Considering that asphaltene molecules are pol...
متن کاملInterfacial Tension of Electrolyte Solutions
A theory is presented to account for the increase in surface tension of water in the presence of electrolyte. Unlike the original “grandcanonical” calculation of Onsager and Samaras, which relied on the Gibbs adsorption isotherm and lead to a result which could only be expressed as an infinite series, our approach is “canonical” and produces an analytic formula for the excess surface tension. F...
متن کاملDensity and Temperature Dependencies of Liquid Surface Tension
In this paper the density and temperature dependencies of surface tension are investigated. Using the Lennard-Jones (12,6), as an effective pair interaction potential, a linear expression is derived for isotherms of g /r2 versus r2 for some normal and ChloroFluoroCarbons (CFCs)</...
